About Me

When I first took up photography a long time ago, I spent countless hours over the next five years taking photos of people and then developing, printing and enlarging my work in my own darkroom.

I finally succumbed to the digital age, and have come to love the flexibility of editing my work on the computer. It is a real luxury to be able to make a good photo even better.

My small studio is separate from our house and overlooks the pool. I like to take many of my photos outside because I love natural light and surroundings. I am also blessed to have a natural bush setting across the road, which I often use to provide a beautiful, natural background for portraits.

I use a digital SLR camera for all my work now as this allows me to see and to share with you what works and what doesn’t.

I am easy going and easy to work with. I try to make each portrait sitting fun. After all, I love photography, so it’s easy to enjoy.
